Before you start a trial.

Do I need a card for the trial?

Yes, at checkout. The trial is free for 14 days, one trial per person. Cancel before it ends and you're not charged.

Can I cancel or change plan?

On Professional, cancel from your billing settings. On Team, get in touch and we'll cancel it for you. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and a trial you cancel ends without a charge. To switch plans, get in touch and we'll move you over.

How fresh is the data?

Metis reads every council each morning and adds what's new to the app. On any day there's something new, your email lands at 08:30.
