Lifecycle Intelligence

Parent permissions are automatically linked to child discharge of conditions applications — derived from application reference formats, no manual matching. The conditions tracker scrapes conditions directly from council decision notices, classifies each one as requiring formal discharge or compliance-only, extracts milestone triggers (Prior to Commencement, Before First Occupation), and tracks whether discharge applications have been submitted and resolved.
