[Phase 2] Demolition of existing Tesco store (following completion of new store); deconstruction of temporary deck parking; new residential units (267 private sale units) ranging in height from 4 to 13 storeys; Residential undercroft parking (47 spaces) and external parking (28 spaces); External amenity including at landscaped podium level for residents and children’s play space (1,327sqm). Across the development 890 cycle parking spaces, 242 commercial car-parking spaces 142 residential car-parking spaces, 2,090sqm of children’s and a publicly accessible central square and new pedestrian and cycle routes through the site are proposed.
